Checka gives you an extra safety net.
Start Checka when you go on a date, meet someone new or walk home alone. Confirm along the way with your Safe PIN. If you don’t respond – or you need help but can’t say so out loud – your trusted contacts are notified.
How it works

Start a session
Before a date, a meeting or the walk home: choose the situation and who your trusted contacts will be.

Confirm that all is well
Checka asks you to confirm with your Safe PIN at regular intervals. It takes a couple of seconds.
- 03
Your contacts are notified
If you don’t confirm, your contacts get an SMS with your last known location. If you need help but can’t say so, you can send a silent alert.
Are you a trusted contact?
Open the link in the SMS from Checka to see the status. You don’t need the app, and it costs nothing.
Privacy first
- Your Safe PIN never leaves your phone.
- Location is only used while a session is active – never for advertising, and it is never sold.
- Trusted contacts don’t need the app, and it costs them nothing.
Checka cannot guarantee your safety.
